The building is located in the middle of the pedestrian area, in the Grand rue street.
This is close to the town hall and the Saint Sebastien church.
There are several parking around, one is right on the side of the building and one other close to the town hall. Both are used for deliveries
The shop area has a U-shape with an entrace on both sides. One of which is currently not used by the tenant. The area can also be split between two tenants in the future.
In the storage area, there are also four rooms. Two are cold rooms used for storage, one is the technical room for the cooling production and the last one is a cold room used to store the rubbish.
